i didn’t buy into the whole biker short trend.  and then i saw this...

why it works...

1.  these biker shorts are a manageable length, an almost perfect substitute for a bodycon skirt.

2.  a longer tunic top balances the raciness of the biker shorts and keeps an unfortunate peek-a-boo vibe at bay.  

3.  an oversized blazer pairs perfectly to tone it all down.  this also elevates the entire look and checks another piece off the hot trends list while she’s at it.   

4.  the sunglasses and super short cross-body bag (complete with plastic neon chain) keeps the look sporty and casual.
